About Me

Chiara has been a writer her entire life, working on short stories and immersing herself in the imaginary worlds she's created. She graduated from Carleton University in 2019 with a degree in English Literature and recently completed a graduate certificate at Centennial College in Communications - Professional Writing. When she's not writing, she likes to read mystery, horror and true crime novels (even though Scooby-Doo used to scare her as a child) and re-watch shows on Netflix.

A two-time NaNoWriMo winner (2013 and 2017), Chiara has been writing for as long as she can remember, surrounded by stories told by her parents or falling asleep to The Chronicles of Narnia audiobooks. Chiara hopes to one day become a famous author, just not one famous enough to be recognized on the street.
